The strength of their business of Crea Vini Srl is the quality / price ratio, which is unmatched across the industry. GREAT VARIETIES OF WINES
Their brand Crea Srl currently works 300,000 to 350,000 HLI of wine, as well as fresh musts, damp musts, desulphurized musts, refrigerated and concentrated musts both white and red.
The wines are delivered ready to be bottled, thus tartrate and protein stable wines respecting the national and European Community legislation. Each particular customer need may be catered to as we have advanced machinery and equipment: tangential filters, chillers, a desulphurization plant, a concentration plant for white musts, a concentration plant for red musts, a plant for the tartaric stabilization, etc..
Their main customers are in Germany, France, England, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, the States, Canada, China, etc..They also have annual contracts to supply to various groups that provide large-scale distribution.
In addition to traditional wines they also deal in organic wines of high organoleptic qualities.
HOW THEY USE TECHNOLOGY IN THE PRODUCTION ?
The wine factory is located in Casoli (CH) in the East Industrial Zone and occupies an area of about 10,000 square meters (1,500 of which are covered). The building is modern and functional and currently has a storage capacity of 100,000 h.li, all in stainless steel tanks. They work with the latest technology and we have a laboratory analysis to monitor each product in all its processing phases.
The establishment of Cova Cooperative is located in San Vito Chietino (CH) near the Motorway A14 – exit Lanciano – and occupies an area of approximately 12,000 square meters of which 1,800 are covered. Here too, there are silos and tanks in stainless steel for 7,000 HLI approximately, refrigerating unit, for temperature control of fermentation stages of wine and aromatized beverages, filters, agitators and mixers for production and processing of drinks, aromatized wines, vermouth and liqueur wines.
