Terre D’Aglianico is located at the foot of the “Dormiente del Sannio” in the municipality of Torrecuso, in the province of Benevento.
Terre D’Aglianico is a family farm that has been passed down from father to son.
The company began in the early 1900s with the sale of wine, then moved on to the sale of bulk wine and grapes, and lastly to the sale of bottled wines. In recent years, we have built a new cellar with cutting-edge processing technology and transformed our vineyards from pergola to espalier to produce high-quality wines.
The vines sit 250 meters above sea level; the soils are alluvial in nature, clayey/calcareous, hilly, and have perfect exposure, all of which contribute to the excellent quality of the wines.
The vineyards are located in the Taburno DOPG, and they use Guyot planting systems with a renewable fruit head and a plant density of 4000 plants per hectare. The vineyards are cared for using traditional ways while adhering to an environmentally friendly plan. Grapes from indigenous vines are harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in boxes as quickly as possible to preserve their characteristics.
The company produces all of the region’s traditional wines, as well as bottling and selling them;
Falanghina del Sannio Taburno
