Zsadanyi Winery – Ars Vinaria Kft today, with its unique character, elegant dry wines and aszú, it is the ornament of the wine region.
Tállya is one of the villages in the Tokaj wine region with the most promise. This argument is supported by historical records showing that Tállya had the most first-class crus in the area.
All of the wines produced by the Zsadányi Winery are sourced from vineyards in this village. The fact that all of their high quality dry wines are single vineyard bottlings reflecting the rich variety of the Tállya crus demonstrates their commitment to exploring the promise of their terroirs.
To showcase the region’s many faces, the Winery produces supple and soothing wines under the TKJ label, while the wines in the Zsadányi range are all single vineyard bottlings of Furmint and Hárslevel that are aged in oak barrels. Classic Tokaj wine styles are also prominently featured in the sortiment, including dry Szamorodni, which is becoming extremely scarce these days, sweet Szamorodni, and the wine region’s flagship, Tokaj Asz, with its rich texture and unmatched aromatic complexity.

Winemaking: We collect aszú grains from the fruits of several first-class vineyards, which are soaked in still-fermented must pressed from healthy and stunted berries. The soaking lasts for a maximum of one day, this is decided on the basis of tasting. After pressing, the entire amount is used without pouring, without dilution, in order to achieve the highest possible quality. Fermentation and maturation take place in 220 liter used barrels.
Wine description: sophisticated I apricot I succulent It is worth giving this wine time to develop new aromas step by step. First flowers, then mango, papaya and dried apricots also appear in the sip. Lemon-yellow, sophisticated, light-hearted wine despite its serious content. Round, juicy aszú with lively acids and goodbye with a long finish.

Question 1: Do you already export to Asia ? If yes, where ? If no, what type of importers & distributors are you looking for in Asia ?
We exported a smaller quantity of vineyard-selected premium quality wine to Taiwan last summer,
but we are open to working with new importers looking for high quality Tokaj wines.
Question 2: What is the most unique and qualitative part of your products, different from competitors ?
Our most unique products are the Tokaji wine specialities: Tokaji Aszú, Tokaji Sweet and Dry Szamorodni,
but we offer premium quality vineyard-selected dry Furmints or even traditional Champagne.
Question 3: When did you start to export your brand worldwide, and what is your development plan for the next years ?
We started to export our wines a few years ago to European countries in smaller quanties.
We would like our wines to be known around the world.
