A tradition of excellence in the house of Philizot et Fils has been established by four generations of Champagne growers. This label, created in 2002, has won many awards for its award-winning Champagnes, and no exception is the Brut No. 3. Named for its three varieties: 30 percent Chardonnay, 35 percent Pinot Noir and 35 percent Pinot Meunier, this Champagne exhibits beautiful baked apple, brioche and peach flavours, thanks to extended ageing before release, with decent acidity and creamy weight.
SARL Champagne Philizot & Fils is a champagne house in the Marne River Valley that uses natural, non-interventional vinification techniques to produce quality, original champagne that reflects the characteristics of the region and the year from which it originates.
The market for SARL Champagne Philizot & Fils is currently based in Europe, with the majority of its sales in France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy and the UK. The company’s future objectives include creating markets in Japan and the United States, as well as expanding the market in Europe.
In order to improve our image of quality and originality, SARL Champagne Philizot & Fils targets smaller distributors and wine shops that offer quality, original wines. A trilogy of Bruts-a Blanc de Blancs, a Blanc de Noirs, and a typical assembly of the 3 champagne grape varieties are part of our product line. We also offer a Rosé, a vintage 1997, and the Cuvée Alquente, our most prestigious cuvee. Special assemblages and vinifications are available upon request.
Very recently, SARL Champagne Philizot & Fils has joined Asia Import News Wine & Spirits Awards 2021 and won TWO GOLD Medal in this competition:

The wines are aged on the rack for 48 months or more, allowing their character to fully develop during the second fermentation in the bottle. It’s then another 3 months before they’re ready, ensuring the dosage (that’s the additional sugar) will meld perfectly with the Champagne, creating balance and brand consistency.
