Hi! Prosecco
Awarded Gold by Singapore Newspaper
Prosecco is a light and crisp sparkling wine made using estate grown grapes in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, an area surrounding the towns of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, between Venice and the Alps, where one could feel the cool breezes from the Alps and the warm influence of the Adriatic. The Prosecco DOC area is located in North East Italy, and more precisely in 5 provinces of Veneto (Belluno, Padua, Treviso, Venice, Vicenza), one of the most beautiful Territories of Italy. Prosecco is a way of life. An attitude. No self-respecting Venetians, Romans or Fiorentini would go out for dinner without first having a glass of Prosecco with “cicchetti”: small appetizers made with fish or cold meat or salami on bread. Other traditional dishes are salad of fresh calamari, octopus and mussels, soft shell crabs, purple artichokes, prosciutto wrapped melon, creamed cod, fried crab claws, polenta and risotto, squid ink pasta, veal liver and onions.
Hi! Moscato
Awarded Gold by Singapore Newspaper
Hi! Moscato is a sparkling wine produced with the ‘Moscato’ grape variety in Italy. The Moscato grape is grown all over the world and its fruit forward style has made it a favorite for over a millenia. The wine pours a light yellow color with a green hue. The aromas explode out of the glass: honeysuckle lychee, rose and fresh-cut pineapple. On the palate, it’s like biting into a candied red delicious apple, fresh and sweet.
Hi! Moscato is more than a wine, it’s a conversation starter. Enjoy during a brunch with friends, as an apertif, or as a dessert!

Question 1: Do you already export to Asia ? If yes, where ? If no, what type of importers & distributors are you looking for in Asia ?
Hi Wines is already distributed in China and the goal would be to focus more on on-premise accounts via a standard distribution channel. 2019 registered strong sales with 20 containers sold in mainland China. We expect a steady growth in 2020 with sales growing twofold in China We are looking for distributors in South East Asia, capitalizing on our success in both U.S. and China.
Question 2: What is the most unique and qualitative part of your products, different from competitors ?
Hi was created from the voice of the consumer. A fun, hip, trendy, social brand. This is a very emotionally engaging brand that opens up a conversation. Who can refuse a conversation? Just get Hi!
Question 3: When did you start to export your brand worldwide, and what is your development plan for the next few years ?
Hi Wines was launched in New York in 2005, and was featured twice on the Today Show, one of the most famous daily shows in the US. Initially I created a portfolio of wines from all over the world (Hi Garnacha from Spain, Hi Riesling from Germany, Hi Prosecco from Italy, Hi Cabernet from California, Hi Syrah from France), a label of quality under a fun name. Over the years, the popularity of sparkling wines like Prosecco (that oversold Champagne in volume the last few years) and Moscato commanded a restructuring of the portfolio that is now mainly comprised of Prosecco, Moscato and Sparkling Rosé. However 2020 is the year of change, the year of the rat under the Chinese Zodiac, which starts a repetitive cycle of 12 years. That means entrepreneurship and prosperity ! This year we will be launching with great expectations the Hi Cognac, Hi Whisky, Hi Vodka, Hi Gin and Hi Tequila.
It’s about time now to bring Hi! to the world. After the US and China, we are focusing now on other promising markets in South East Asia.
