Barbadoro has always believed in the inseparable link between wine and territory, which means enhancing and creating synergies between man and his land.
VINTAGE PROCESS
The vintage process is the same as in 2012, it is different only for the alcohol content and the grape quantity and is 85% Nerello Cappuccio, 15% Syrah, 13 alcohol / vol.
The Red wine called “Sira”is a syrah in 2016 vintage purity and makes a maceration of about 16 days in steel containers at a controlled temperature and after 15 months in used barriques it is bottled without being filtered. 14 alcohol/vol.

Vineyard of Sicily has very ancient origins, the estate dates back to the Normans made Sicily thrive.
